55 Ohm normal width heater with ring crimps
Nominally 70mm x 15mm.
The 55ohm heaters in C9 touch irons are pretty unreliable at the best of times due to the low resistance (for 230VAC) which causes rapid heat up. Please be aware that we have worked with the supplier to try and make these heaters as reliable as possible, however we still see a small percentage fail. If you are seeing significant numbers of failures, please contact us for support.
